THE PARK'S INN BED & BREAKFAST POLICIES
We are unable to provide for pets and have a non-smoking policy indoors as a courtesy to all our guests. A 10% local bed tax is not included in room prices.
THERE IS NO TWO NIGHT MINIMUM STAY except 3 holiday weekends.
Rooms are for one or two persons only. Children are welcome upon special arrangement. There is a $20 fee for any extra guest beyond two people over the age of 5.
Your reservation can be guaranteed with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Cancellation Policy: If it is necessary to cancel a reservation, there will be no charge only if the reservation is cancelled more than seven days before the scheduled arrival date. Credit card will be charged 7 days prior to your arrival for the full amount due, which is non–refundable. Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved, regardless of guests’ actual arrival or departure date.
***A reservation made inside of the 7 day cancellation period will be charged the day the reservation is made and it is non refundable.

Payment for retail items and gift certificates is collected at the time of purchase.
Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. Pets are not allowed.
